Terms & Conditions for 1kbd — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1kbd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://1kbd.bet. Sports Betting

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1kbd and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; interruption to the availability of the platform; or any decision made by 1kbd in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

Platform Availability

1kbd makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or events outside our control — including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 1kbd will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

Third-Party Services
